BEFORE YOU PLAY / RELEASE REFERENCE

When and where can you play ANOMALITH?

Updated Full game & demo · checked October 25

ANOMALITH is scheduled for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and Windows PC through Steam. The official site gives October 29, 2026 (JST); the U.S. Steam, PlayStation and Nintendo listings display October 28, 2026. Match the date to your storefront region rather than assuming one worldwide midnight unlock.

Release and storefront information checked October 25, 2026, before the scheduled launch.

The listings use different regional date labels. They do not establish a single unlock hour for every platform. The separate PS5 Digital Deluxe early-access offer also has its own purchase conditions.

Three platforms, one player

  • PlayStation 5
  • Nintendo Switch 2
  • Windows PC through Steam

The official player count is single-player. The named console version is Switch 2; the supported PC platform is Windows. These listings do not promise a PS4 or original Switch version, native macOS/Linux support or cross-platform saves.

On PC, compare your hardware with the exact minimum and recommended requirements. For the difference between the base game and optional extras, use the edition comparison.

Find the demo for your platform

PlatformCurrent entry point
SteamThe main store currently offers Download ANOMALITH Demo. There is also a separate free Demo listing.
PS5The PlayStation concept page lists ANOMALITH Demo as Free, with an Add to Library entry.
Switch 2Open the official Nintendo product listing and check your region’s eShop. The current U.S. page checked here did not expose a demo download entry.

Automaton’s October 16 hands-on reports a demo on all three platforms. The Switch 2 entry above links the current official product page; the missing button on that page is not evidence that the demo is unavailable in every region.

Once installed, start with the first-run preparation loop. Before investing extra hours in a demo save, read what is reported about progress carryover and the outfit reward.

PC languages, audio and input support

The Steam listing marks interface and subtitle support for English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean. Japanese is the only language marked for full audio. Do not assume an English voice track from the English interface option.

Steam lists full controller support for both the main game and demo. It also lists adjustable difficulty, text-size and subtitle options. These are supported-feature labels, not a current default-button table or a guarantee that every platform uses the same prompts.

The main Steam game lists Steam Cloud. That does not establish demo-save transfer or saves shared between Steam and consoles. Keep the demo carryover question separate.
